Research And Development

Laying complete focus on the research and development wing of the company, we are committed to offer advanced technology based CNC tooling and components such as VDI tooling, HSK tooling, industrial cartridges, industrial crankshaft cartridges, CNC adapter, industrial CNC adapter, etc. This is done with a clear aim to enhance the effectiveness & superiority of our range of CNC tooling and components. Our research mission is:

Develop more effective products.
Design and develop new CNC tooling and components.

Packaging and Delivery

We understand the importance of quality packaging and ensure our entire range is packed in accordance with this before they are delivered to our customers. To avoid any hassle during the transportation, our range of toolings and components are packed in plastic and plywood boxes. Our qualitative packaging material protects the product from any kind of damages and ensures safe shipment.

Infrastructure & Manufacturing Facilities

We are equipped with 5 and 4 axis vertical machining centres for accurate and fast machining.
We also have CNC turning centre which can turn blanks upto 900mm.
For inspection purpose, we are equipped with the CMM, Tool Presetter, Digital Vertical height gauge, and hardness tester.
We dynamically balance our tools with an inhouse balancing machine.
